The Wellness Program Discount is a sliding scale program. To receive this discount, you MUST book before you leave and keep all appointments as scheduled. If you cancel and move your appointment within the allotted 24 hour notice policy to the following week you will receive the appropriate discount. (Ex: You currently schedule weekly sessions and cancel your next appointment. Therefore your discount would be the bi-weekly amount for your next scheduled appointment and the weekly discount will resume the following week.)

Hot Stones*
Hot stones are made from basalt stones which will retain heat longer than normal stones. The heat from the stones give a calming soothing effect on the skin and muscles which allows the therapist to work a little deeper. The stones are also used to help work out knots, tension and trigger point areas. Some of the benefits of hot stones are they promote deep muscle and tissue relaxation, alleviates stress, releases toxins, relieves pain, improves circulation and calms the psyche. Individuals that might benefit from being treated with hot stones are individuals dealing with Muscular aches and pains, MS, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia and Depression.
*If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, please be advised that hot stones are contraindicated and we will not be able to add this to your massage. We assure you, we are only looking out for your well-being.

- I may be adding hot stones occasionally to sessions to help loosen those stubborn spots. This is a session by session decision and it will be no more than 2 hot stones used free of charge.
- I also use hot packs and which are free of charge if requested before the session.
Paraffin treatment
A paraffin treatment is great for individuals who are suffering from chronic pain in their hands and feet. It is considered a natural treatment for arthritis, stiff joints, muscle spasms and dry and cracked skin. The heat from the paraffin improves circulation, relaxes tight muscles and reduces inflammation along with leaving your skin feeling smoother and softer.
